Support in the application phase

Many people, young professionals as well as those with experience, apply for jobs where it is not quite clear to them exactly what they are going to have to do or what demands are going to be placed on them. When they start work, they become dissatisfied very quickly. A wrong decision like this – recognized too late – can mean a downturn in a person’s career, along with psychological stress and effects on the family that cannot be evened out easily.
