The personnel advisory and recruitment section is the ideal solution for when you urgently seek qualified specialist and executive personnel to occupy your fixed positions.

Together with you, we raise the job requirements for the fixed position to be filled.  Here, on the one hand, we lay down the given professional prerequisites such as education and professional experience and on the other, personal requirements such as cognitive capabilities, leadership skills and style, and social competence.

On grounds of these evaluations, we then begin the search and selection process for suitable candidates.

We will present you with the highest qualified candidates.  We advise and support you throughout the interview process.  The final decision as to who the desired applicant is lies in your hands.

Try & Hire – an Extended Trial Period

Try & Hire allows you to get to know the employee personally and professionally on site and following this trial period, to enter into a fixed work agreement.

You tell us your needs and together we arrange the job requirements, begin the search, carry out interviews and present you with the most suitable candidate.

The, by us, carefully selected employee is at first hired by Otti & Partner and can, after the given occupational adjustment and observation be taken over by your company.

The period of integration will be arranged in contract.  You confirm the provided workforce via work statements and thereby only invest in the actual period of time covered.

Personnel Placement – Part-time

Through the placement of personnel, you can react considerably more flexible to the changes occurring in the current employment market, for example for counterbalancing seasonal changes, pressure in higher positions, leave taken due to sickness as well as to staff projects or cover maternity leave.

Payroll – Personnel Accounting

Next to our other services we take over your personnel accounting.

This service is provided by our partner, Renate Otti, tax adviser (www.tax-austria.at).

Data necessary for carrying out personnel accounting will be handed over to us.  The monthly balance is enveloped by us and prepared for sending to each of your employees.

Between the 20th and 25th of each month we hand over the entire calculated wages.  On request we also finish other evaluations and statistical analyses.

By outsourcing the personnel accounts your administrative work is reduced and you can therefore concentrate on the core of your business.

Personnel parking – Outsourcing

Within the framework of personnel parking we take over the function of the employer for you.

You can outsource your own personnel to us, whereby the competence used in the decision-making on personnel of course remains fully within your company.

Your staff members would be registered with, managed and their salaries calculated by, Otti & Partner.  The reinstatement of your outsourced staff is of course at any given time possible.

Accounting - Bookkeeping

In addition to our other services we can take over your accounting for you.
